Job Title: Analyst in HEOR/Systematic literature review

Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a systematic review analyst with strong analytic skills within our sysrev team of Center of Excellence for Data Synthesis. This role offers an opportunity to expand your professional experience in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in Systematic Review/Targeted Review projects
  • Preparation of assigned parts of clinical effectiveness analysis (decision problem/scoping analysis and/or clinical effectiveness analyses) based on the widely recognized guidelines
  • Screening of the papers based on eligibility criteria
  • Evaluation of credibility of clinical trials
  • Participation in projects meeting
  • Preparing conference materials; participation in such conferences
  • Preparing manuscripts for publications
  • Generate a variety of written reports, summarizing analyses and recommendations about work progress
  • Expanding knowledge on the statistical analysis and clinical evidence synthesis
  • Work hand in hand with a team of reviewers, modelers for project delivery
  • Support delivering on the technical part of consulting projects
  • Archiving work results and analyzed documentation due to introduced procedures
  • Participating in other project conducted in Company if required and agreed
  • Collaborate with other line functions.
  • Establish and maintain sound working relationships and effective communication, internally and externally

Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge:

  • MD in Medicine, MPH in Public Health, MSc in Biology, Biotechnology, or related
  • Market Access and Pharma industry experience is a plus

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to search in database in order to find clinical studies, clinical practice guidelines, financial recommendation, reimbursement decisions and other data depending on the project scope
  • MS office skills
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working on a multidisciplinary team to achieve team objectives
  • Analytical mindset; operation excellence; team working skills; development-oriented; effective organizational skills; engagement
