Drug Safety Associate (Pharmacovigilance)

Instytut Arcana Sp. z o.o., a strategic partner of the international consortium LA-SER ANALYTICA, is seeking candidates for the position of:

Drug Safety Associate (Pharmacovigilance)

Ref No: 01/PV/2017

  • Location: Kraków, Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor medical literature for side effects from pharmaceutical drugs
  • Prepare literature review reports
  • Receive, incorporate and report individual cases of adverse reactions, prepare supplementary reports
  • Participate in the development and updating of Pharmacovigilance procedures
  • Provide training to participants involved with procedures
  • Document procedures and archive documents
  • Participate in projects and support for pharmacovigilance

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy
  • Proven experience in Pharmacovigilance
  • Excellent command of English
  • Reliable and pays attention to detail
  • Responsible and works independently
  • Able to work under pressure to reach deadlines and work well in a team
  • Good time management skills

Preferred:

  • Completed Pharmacovigilance training (including GVP Module 6)
  • Passed the EMA exam on EudraVigilance
  • Experience developing PSMF, Risk Management Plan, registration of drugs in XEVMPD, maintaining EudraVigilance, Signal Management
