Support During Decision-Making
At INAR, we offer development of an independent economic model, or adapting a corporate model to local conditions, for an initial evaluation of expected results from an economic analysis.
One of the key reasons for developing an HTA analysis in the context of an economic analysis is to obtain results below the local profitability threshold. Results from economic analyses are often the main contributor to positive or negative recommendations/decisions by local authorities. Therefore, it is important to identify parameters with greatest impact on results from economic analyses and to create an economic model supported by credible assumptions for management decisions concerning the product.
